As many of you know we have been without our normal hydro-electric system for 2 years now. On the national power grid, power outages are daily and chronic high voltage and surges have taken out at least a hundred thousand dollars of equipment despite surge protection. Thanks to a Samaritan’s Purse team for installing our new backup generator. There are no more outages but fuel costs are extremely high as to run the station can use 30-40 Liters of diesel per hour!
It is a major undertaking trying to get it financed. We have a big proposal in to a major funding group currently. We also thank God for all the people who have given through the Nazarene Compassionate Ministries (http://www.ncm.org/projects/acm1417) and our website to help. It helps major donors to see that we are committed to and invested in this project. We are trying to get our entire system rebuilt. There are many decisions, risks, and uncertainties. Please pray for God’s direction and provision.
